If we take
into account the Province's of
Quebec and Ontario , they have
signed contracts with other energy
providers ranging from $ 0.65
to $ 0.12 per KWh. In order to
prevent future problems with
contract negotiations, Mariah
Technologies Inc. proposes a
set fee for all of Canada . We
believe $ 0.08 for the first
5 years with a definitive agreement
in place to increase rates
as they apply to mitigating
factors, such as; C.O.L.A.
and linked to the charge rates
the provider charges to the
consumer.
